You own a forest. But what is in it, and what is it worth?

Old papers, no clear picture

The inventory is years old and sits in a drawer. mySilva puts the official data on a map.

The buyer knows more than you

Without your own estimate, you cannot judge an offer. See an indicative value before you talk.

Not sure what is due

After a felling there are things you must do, with deadlines. mySilva lists them for you.

  • See past fellings and restrictions

Know what is done and what comes next.

How we estimate the value

The value is indicative. It is not a market price or a buyer’s offer.

  1. 1

    Volume

We take the timber volume of each stand from the state register.

  2. 2

    Timber types

We split it into sawlogs, pulpwood and other timber types.

  3. 3

    Prices

We apply a reference roadside price to each type.

  4. 4

    Costs

We subtract felling, forwarding and other costs.

  5. 5

    Updates

We recalculate monthly and when the data changes.

Only stands that have reached harvest age count. If you correct the data, we use your figures.
