Cookie Policy

This policy explains how SIA “mySilva” uses cookies and similar technologies on your device on mysilva.lv and in the application at app.mysilva.lv.

Analytics cookies are set only after you consent. We do not use advertising cookies or social media pixels.

What cookies and local storage are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Local storage (localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB) is storage built into the browser where a website can keep settings on your device. This data is not sent to the server automatically.

Essential cookies and storage items are needed for the website and application to work and stay secure. They do not require consent. Analytics cookies are used only with your consent.

The mysilva.lv website

By default, mysilva.lv sets no cookies. It uses the following items:

  • mysilva_cookie_consent_v1 — localStorage; stores your choice (“essential” or “analytics”) so we do not ask on every visit; kept until you clear it; essential.
  • theme — localStorage; stores your light or dark theme choice; kept until you clear it; essential (functional).
  • _ga — cookie; used by Google Analytics 4 to distinguish users; 2 years; analytics, only after consent.
  • _ga_* (where * is the Google Analytics stream identifier) — cookie; used by Google Analytics 4 to keep session state; 2 years; analytics, only after consent.

The app.mysilva.lv application

The application uses the following items:

  • _sylva_ai_app_session — cookie; keeps you signed in, stores your language choice and the CSRF protection token; until you close the browser; essential.
  • remember_user_token — cookie; set only if you choose “Remember me”, so you do not have to sign in each time; 2 weeks, removed when you sign out; essential.
  • browser_tz — cookie; stores your device’s time zone so dates and times are shown correctly; 1 year; essential (functional).
  • mysilva_cookie_consent_v1 — localStorage; stores your cookie choice; kept until you clear it; essential.
  • mysilva.sidebar.collapsed, mysilva.nav.sections, mysilva.dashboard.forest_view, mysilva.valuation_history.expanded.* — localStorage; remember interface settings (sidebar and menu state, view type); kept until you clear them; essential (functional).
  • mysilva.compare.filtersOpen — sessionStorage; remembers whether the price comparison filters are open; until the tab is closed; essential (functional).
  • mysilva-field-outbox — IndexedDB; in the operator and driver apps, temporarily stores data entered offline until it can be sent to the server; until sent; essential.
  • mysilva.driverDeviceId, mysilva.usedWaybillNumbers — localStorage; in the driver app, identify the device for trip syncing and remember waybill numbers already used; kept until you clear them; essential.
  • mysilva.fieldTrip.*, mysilva.forwarderSuppressedUuids — sessionStorage; prevent duplicate trips and reports while syncing; until the tab is closed; essential.
  • _ga and _ga_* — cookies; Google Analytics 4; 2 years; analytics, only after consent.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the website and application are used, for example which pages are visited. We use Google Consent Mode v2, with all storage denied by default. The analytics script and cookies load only after you choose “Accept analytics”.

Analytics data is processed by Google. For more on how we process data, see our Privacy Policy.

Third-party services

If you sign in with Google, Google may set its own cookies on its own site under its own terms. We do not control those cookies.
